Dana Kim

Intern

Dana is an avid nature lover, yogi, and aspiring psychotherapist from the tri-state area. She is the daughter of Korean immigrants who is humbled to be joining the CERI team as a clinical social work intern. Her professional experiences are varied but connected by a single thread of desire to serve others in a meaningful way. She has worked as part of the health and wellness team at a residential highschool in Colorado, a Forest School Teacher for toddlers in Manhattan’s Central Park, and as an exercise coordinator for adolescents with autism at a rehabilitation clinic in New Jersey. Dana is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work at Smith College. She dreams of eventually working as a somatic psychotherapist with a holistic approach to address how trauma and healing manifest in both the mind, body, and soul. During her free time she can be found eating spicy food, basking in nature, or meditating.
