Lap comes to CERI as a community member for the Chakara Program..Lap’s history of coming to the U.S. as a Cambodian refugee, his amazing survival from the Cambodian Khmer Rouge and acclimating to the U.S. is an empowering story of survival and resilience. Lap has become the utmost of upstanding citizens, father of three, trusted and devoted CERI staff and community member. We are proud to have Lap in our CERI family.
