Roshan Bhawariya
Social Program Research and Evaluation Specialist
Roshan is passionate about advancing health equity through data-driven insights and community-centered approaches. With experience in digital health and program evaluation, he has worked on projects ranging from analyzing and managing health outcomes with large clinical datasets. He is interested in exploring population trends among immigrant and refugee communities, an area of deep personal and professional interest that resonates deeply with CERI’s mission of cultivating healing, advocacy, and empowerment for communities affected by war, genocide, and displacement. He is committed to designing evaluation frameworks that honor lived experiences and translate findings into actionable change for program improvement and advocacy. Having navigated cultural and academic transitions himself, Roshan brings empathy, resilience, and a deep respect for immigrant stories to his work. He is excited to be part of the CERI team.
